JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioners is that they assaulted the informant by means of Lathi and Bhala but Annexure-2 to this petition shows that the informant sustained two injuries and both the injuries were found simple in nature. It appears that the learned court below rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioners on the ground that petitioner No. 1 was convicted in a criminal case.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3333 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.
