55 pouches each containing 400 ml of country made liquor, 8 bottles of bag piper and 4 bottles of old tavern each containing 180 ml were recovered from the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.01.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,
