In compliance to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 20169 if 2019, the case of the petitioner has been considered and thereupon, the Sub Divisional Officer, Patna City, Patna vide letter dated 17.02.2020 has sanctioned a sum of Rs. 4 lacs, by way of compensation to be paid to the petitioner, whereupon the same has also been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 19.02.2020.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for
