The opposite party no. 2 is the father of co-accused Md. Haidar. The opposite party no. 2 was granted bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 by this Court on 08.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 52454 of 2016, considering the allegation in the FIR that son of opposite party no. 2 was in physical relation with the informant-petitioner on the pretext of marriage and when the informant-petitioner was pregnant from the son of opposite party no. 2, he refused to marry her. This Court was informed that the parties have entered into a compromise. Today, it has been informed that both have already married.

However, cancellation of bail of opposite party no. 2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21645 of 2017 (5) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 has been sought for only for the reason that the girl is not being allowed by her husband to talk to her mother even on telephone. Submission of opposite party no. 2 is that it is false allegation. Moreover, not applicable against the opposite party no.

2. Both sides are neighbours.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application has got no merit. Accordingly, it stands dismissed as devoid of any merit. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- U T
