2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (b) (c), 20 (a) (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1 Kg 900 gm Ganja has been recovered from Mobile Tower Campus.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got nothing to do with the alleged mobile tower. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3106 of 2023(7) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge NDPS, Nawada in connection with Pakaribrawn P. S. Case No. 398 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
