The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.8.2015 with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.

It is submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Budhia Devi @ Vidya Devi, the mother of the informant, who died after 17 days of the occurrence. The deceased was an old lady. There was no repetition of blow. Petitioner has

Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with S.T. No.181 of 2015 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. case No.271 of 2014.
