Petitioner is accused in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 358 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.11.2019.
