Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.11.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims to have identified the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the uncle of the informant was government teacher in the village of petitioner and uncle of the informant defalcated huge amount of the government and petitioner as well as his co-villagers opposed the aforesaid activity of uncle of the informant and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Gandhi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015.
