Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.11.2023, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 71298 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order granting bail dated 07.11.2023 was received in the concerned civil court on 07.12.2023, accordingly two weeks' time may be extended for furnishing bail bonds. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36542 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 in the present petition, order dated 07.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 71298 of 2023 is modified and now, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court of A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid modifications.
