The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2015 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the marriage in question between the petitioner and the deceased, took place in the year 2007.

F.I.R. indicates that the petitioner in league with other agnates had been pressurising the informant for fulfilment of various items by way of dowry after the marriage. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12234 of 2015 (2) dt.26-05-2015 2 / 2 and it was the responsibility of the husband to ensure peaceful existence to his wife-deceased, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad.
