Petitioner is named with accusation that he along with others lobbed bombs and made indiscriminate firing on the house of informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that for the aforesaid occurrence, two cases i.e. the present case and Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 were registered and the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by the court below itself in Mohajidpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015. It is further submitted that so far as present case is concerned; no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of
