The petitioner's name surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Asif Raza and thereafter, the petitioner was not put up on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except the above stated confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner Saddam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. No. 381/2015.
