The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.234 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 328 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner and others are said to have forcibly administered some medicines to the informant, due to which, he lost his senses.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2023 having clean antecedent. There is delay of 25 days in lodging the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
