Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.305 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
