BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA MA No.21 of 2022 Petitioner : The Branch Manager, Respondent : Razia Khatoon Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Chandra Shekhar Jha Member(Legal Profession) : Vinod Kumar AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

It is jointly submitted that matter now compromised between the parties for full and final settlement against sum of Rs. 5,90,000/- (Rs. Five Lakh Ninty Thousand) including statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/-.

Representative of company agreed to pay aforesaid amount to claimants, positively, within six weeks' from the receiving of this order.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
