The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No.575 of 2014 registered under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that on chase by the police party, he tried to flee away but apprehended and from his possession, one country made pistol and live cartridge have been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.12.2014. Having considered the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No.575 of 2014.
