In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 86 of 2015 arising from Tharthari P.S. Case No. 05/2012 registered for offences under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During investigation, the Police found the case of commission of suicide but certain witnesses stated that the victim died due to diarrhoea The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is custody since 31st January 2013. Looking to the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17862 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda in connection with S.Tr. No. 86 of 2015 arising from Tharthari P.S. Case No. 05/2012, subject to the condition the petitioner would cooperate the proceeding of the court below. In event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass the order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
