JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he appeared before the Medical Board in the examination of Sashastra Sima Bal and produced the documents relating to Rahul Kumar but again he appeared before the same Board claiming himself to be Pramod Kumar. For the aforesaid occurrence, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 22.11.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st, Araria in connection with Jogbani
