ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2015 in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that there is only a simple injury on the left shoulder of the informant's father. He further submits that in view of the fact that there are several litigations between the parties and that no serious injury has been inflicted on the vital part of the injured and also because

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 05.11.2015, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, District Patna.
