2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that for the grievances, the petitioner has already approached the S.D.M., Bhagalpur, under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C.

4. In the light of the submissions made and the documents perused, it transpires that the dispute pertains to land, for which an application has already been filed under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. Hence, the present writ petition stand disposed off without entering into the merits and demerits of the case, granting liberty to the petitioner that, if any fresh cause of action arises, the petitioner shall avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
