In this case, the petitioner is claiming salary from 01.01.2016 to 09.01.2017, for that he is moving pillar to post. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed and application before the Civil Surgeon-
Patna High Court CWJC No.14834 of 2018(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 cum- Member Secretary, District Health Society, Vaishali, for redressal of his grievance.
In such view of the matter, let the Civil Surgeoncum- Member Secretary, District Health Society, Vaishali, decide the pending representation of the petitioner and ensure the payment of admitted amount to the petitioner. All the exercise should be completed by the authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
