2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to provide electricity connection to the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner will be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that instead of approaching the respondents for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has straightway rushed to this Court with the present writ petition.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electrical Supply Division, Rajendra Nagar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of two months thereafter in accordance with law.
