JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2023 This modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37459 of 2022 to the extent of extension of time for furnishing bail bond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 23.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37459 of 2022 but the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time as the pairvikar of the case did not inform the petitioner about the same.

In view of reasons assigned in the modification petition as well as supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, further six weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond before the Court
