In the present case, petitioner is claiming for payment of Rs.1,10,77,460.87.

The Government of Bihar, Revenue Department has published the NIT from the interested persons to participate in the tender relating to up-loading Survey Khatiyan and Jamabandi (Mutation) Register II. The petitioner has participated in the bid. Technical and financial bid was done and petitioner was handed over the work. As per petitioner, he has carried out

Patna High Court CWJC No.10669 of 2017 dt.03-11-2017 the work as per terms of the agreement. Survey Khatiyan and Register II of Athmalgola, Daniyawa, danapur and Fatuha Anchals of Patna district was up-loaded. He has submitted bill of Rs. 15,50,664/-.

Thereafter the petitioner was assigned the work of uploading Survey Khatiyan and Register II of Punpun, Dhanarua and Masaurhi Anchals of Patna district and submitted the bill of Rs.13,15,730.47. Further he was assigned the work of up-loading Survey Khatiyan and Register II of Ghoswari Anchal of Patna district and submitted bill of Rs.2,01,172.49. In similar manner he was also done the work of up-loading Survey Khatiyan and Register II of Paliganj, Vikram and patna Anchals of Patna district and submitted the bill of Rs.27,59,285.02. He up-loaded Survey Khatiyan and Register II fof Mokama, Barh and Belchhi Anchals of Patna district and submitted bill of Rs.7,97,989.08. In this manner he has done the work at different placed and altogether in total he has placed demand of Rs. 1,10,77,460.87 but till date no payment has been made. This is very serious matter.

In such view of the matter, the Principle Secretary Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner and make

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Principle Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna who will be obliged to examine the case of the petitioner and make payment of admitted dues to the petitioner. If he is not agreeable to the claim of the petitioner, he will be obliged to give notice to the petitioner and after hearing he will pass a reasoned order. All process should be completed within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
