By the order of this Court, petitioner filed an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, bearing Appeal No.01 of 2014 and the order was passed in favour of the petitioner but till date the order of the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, has not been complied with by the concerned authorities.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to
