The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 136 of the Electricity Act.

The police apprehended one Amzad Ali who disclosed the name of the petitioner and from possession of Amzad Ali 35 kg of copper wire wrench and screw driver etc were recovered. Petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and on the basis of which 10 kg copper wire was recovered from the house of Saheb Dewan. It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but he has remained in jail for five months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7101 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha , West Champaran in Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014.
