Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2807 of 2023(5) dt.04-05-2023 2/3 with Obra P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, all the named accused persons at the instigation of Satyendra Singh assaulted the prosecution party with lathi and danda causing injuries to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific over act has been attributed against the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners and one Amarjit Kumar has sustained grievous injury. There is case and counter case between the parties .It is further submitted that petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
