JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have torn the attendance register and also tried to snatch the bag containing cash, but admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner had made complain against mis-management of the school and that is the reason of filing of this false case against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3452 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.S. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.230 of 2015.
