Petitioner is named in the first information report, but allegation of firing is against co-accused Ranveer Yadav. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, some co-accused, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
