Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and one Micromax mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. There is nothing in the impugned order to show that the seized mobile had been put on T.I.P. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
