Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that at the time of recovery, the victim girl was in company with the co-accused-Baskit Rai, son of this petitioner. The matter is of love affairs between two. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanhauli Police Station Case No.64 of 2018, subject to the condition that both
