Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.11.2015 in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he along with co-accused Tuntun Paswan twisted the hand of the informant's son, who sustained grievous injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3492 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.341 of 2015.
