The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that Nawal Kishore Thakur caught his father Ram Snehi Thakur and the petitioner assaulted him with knife causing his death. It is submitted that the source of identification was a lamp but, during the course of investigation, the investigating officer did not mention about it nor seized the lamp. The source of light is doubtful.

Having considered the fact that the informant himself identified the petitioner, who assaulted his father causing his death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
