Petitioner happens to be pick pocketier and is languishing in jail custody since 21.11.2015 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated in this case as a quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and informant, who subsequently handed over the petitioner to G.R.P with concocted and false story. It is further submitted that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
