JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.09.2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has specifically been pleaded at para-3 of the petition that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused in one another case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
