The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2019 in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of one Suman Yadav who is the main accused in the complaint petition. It is further submitted that for no fault of his own, the petitioner is languishing in jail since 05.12.2019 and the false allegation is only with a view to grab the land of the petitioner and his family.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
