The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons are said to have killed the cousin sister of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. No.2402 of 2023(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 accused, Rabin Kumar @ Robin Mahto has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.02.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.2369 of 2023. It is lastly submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
