There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that persons from both sides sustained injuries. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is in jail custody since 5.10.2015 on the accusation that he gave one brick blow to the informant's mother as a result of which she sustained injury on her head.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur/ concerned court in Bath P.S.
