In view of submission of learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP that in this case, process under Section 82CrPC has already been issued on 22.1.2019, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather they should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials
