Heard the parties.

The petitioner has challenged the order of his suspension passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas on the ground that suspension order was passed on 03.08.2018, however, even charges have not been framed as yet in violation of the C.C.A. Rule.

Learned counsel for the State-respondents informs that punishment of dismissal has already been awarded in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3336 of 2019(5) dt.23-07-2020 2/2 pending proceeding by the District Magistrate, Rohtas vide his order No.74 of 2019-20 communicated through memo No.4 dated 06.01.2020.

In view of the conclusion of the proceeding aforesaid, this application is infructuous now.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed off as infructuous.
