2. The Appellate Authority i.e. Housing Minister shall be approached by the petitioner for disposal of his pending Appeal No. 01 of 2021.

3. If such an application is filed, it is expected that the appeal be disposed of within two months of petitioner moving before the Appellate Authority.

4. In the meantime, the operation of the order which are under challenge in Appeal No. 01 of 2021 shall

Patna High Court CWJC No.833 of 2017(3) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 remain stayed for the next 30 days during which the petitioner may prefer an application for early hearing of the appeal and stay of the order during pendency of the appeal.

5. If the same is not filed within 30 days from today then the Bihar State Housing Board may proceed further in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
