2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 323, 3247, 307, 504, 506 and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased because of land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has exonerated the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4033 of 2024(4) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014.

8. This application stands allowed.
