ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.12.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile) No.94 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Juvenile case No.(M) 38 of 2014 arising out of Magadh Medical College P.S. case No.43 of 2014.

In view of the report of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya that all witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.
