JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.07.2015, on the accusation that when the informant and other police officials caught him in the case of NDPS, petitioner gave Fasuli blow to a constable on his eyes but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the injured constable sustained injury in course of apprehending the petitioner and as a matter of fact petitioner has not given any blow to constable.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
