Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that that the petitioner pushed the informant on the ground and thereafter the petitioner's brother Mohan Yadav assaulted with Garasa on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple and there is counter version of the occurrence.

No.12747 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 accused Mohan Yadav, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014.
