JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 13-08-2024 Mr. Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner is abusing the process of this Court. Despite apprising him that he has taken one year time to comply the office objection, he is insisting for one week's time to comply. Firstly, he has not filed any application to recall our previous order dated 23.07.2024.
2. Order dated 23.07.2024 reads as under:
"Three weeks' time is granted to comply the office objections, as a last chance, failing which the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance.
2. Re-list this matter on
Patna High Court CWJC No.4411 of 2023(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 13.08.2024."
3. Unless and until, our previous order is sought to be reviewed by means of an application by the petitioner, the petitioner cannot ask for further time to comply office objection. At the best, he is entitled to comply the office objection during the course of the day for which he has refused to comply during the course of the day.
