This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bihar P.S. Case No.434 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457, 380 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., after killing the watchman the theft was committed.

During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in accused in 20 more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.
