The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.12.2015 in connection with Danapur R.P.F. P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present F.I.R. was lodged long back in the year 2014 and petitioner was made accused in the present case on his confession in an another case, in which he has already been granted bail. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner Raju Nut be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
