The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person stole away the four wheeler from the police station.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he has got any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
