The petitioner seeks bail in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. The petitioner is accused in four other cases registered under Sections 395, 414 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code in similar nature of offences.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year is jail.
